PLANTOMYC joins Foodscale Hub at the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, Serbia

PLANTOMYC is proud to have taken part in the renowned International Agricultural Fair held in Novi Sad, Serbia, one of the largest and most significant agri-food events in Southeast Europe. Our presence was made possible thanks to the support and collaboration of Foodscale Hub, a key partner committed to fostering innovation and sustainability in the food sector.

During the fair, PLANTOMYC showcased its groundbreaking work on developing hybrid plant-based proteins combined with mycelial protein biomass (MPB). This innovative approach aims to create sustainable and nutritious alternatives to traditional meat products, offering improved taste, texture, and environmental benefits.

The International Agricultural Fair provided a valuable platform for connecting with stakeholders from across the agri-food industry, including producers, technology providers, researchers, and policy makers. The event served as an excellent opportunity to discuss the role of alternative proteins and mycelium-based innovations in building more resilient and sustainable food systems.

We are grateful for the many engaging conversations and for the interest shown in the PLANTOMYC project. A big thank you to Foodscale Hub for their support, and to everyone who visited our stand and shared their insights!
